Great stay!
Had a great stay with my family! Beautiful house with a great owner who made everything easy on us. The kids even got to say hi to the visiting cows in the nearby field.

Great getaway for family and friends
We stayed at the Pederson House while visiting the area for a friends wedding. We had 8 people stay and it was very comfortable, charming, and perfect for what we were looking for. The house manager was very communicative and we truly enjoyed the peace and quite of the area.

Quiet, Peaceful Retreat
Our girls group enjoyed some much needed R & R at this beautiful historic home. From the inviting front porch to the spacious interior and well equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed. We definitely felt away from it all, but it was only 15-20 minutes to the grocery store, shopping, a winery, distillery and more. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating.

We purchased this land almost 20 years ago and decided to make the move full time from the DFW area in 2005. We live on Indian Hills Ranch just outside of Cranfills Gap, Texas. This is a working ranch where we have lived since 2003. Buck has built a beautiful herd of registered cattle and has customers in over 15 countries around the world. We have been blessed to get to know so many wonderful people and love sharing what we do with others.

Why they chose this property

We also love history, which prompted us to save this piece of local history almost 6 years ago. If you are looking for a restful stay in the country, we hope you will to come visit and stay at the Pederson House.
