Unpleasant experience.

I wanted to truly enjoy this place, but there were so many issues that arose throughout our visit. The house was incredibly filthy. The electricity, which included the air conditioning, fan, lights, etc., kept going out every few minutes, which made it really uncomfortable for us. One of our family members missed an outing because they were unable to finish work that was to be delivered by a deadline since Wi-Fi completely stopped working. There was obvious dust, webs, and residue on the floors, windows, and bedsheets. We ended up having to mop and clean everything ourselves. Since this is supposed to be a vacation, I find this to be rather unacceptable. Please consider these suggestions for further customers. Thank you.

Beautiful chalet

The property was beautiful and Lui was quick to respond and very attentive. Would recommend to other family and friends and would stay again!!

Has potential but we had MANY issues. Including safety issues for kids and adults.

Numerous safety issues including our kids getting cut from exposed raised metal in the kitchen, loose floorboard and missing and raised floorboard and corner pieces. My father also tripped over the floorboard in the kitchen that was sticking out. Water pressure is non existent. Had to leave and pay for showers it was so bad one day. Only one shower at a time and need to wait about 20-30 mins for next shower. Would not recommend if more than a few people. Don’t even try if the dishwasher is on. I have videos of water pressure and will try to upload. Lots of spider webs and dead bugs in the basement. Taped extension cord running from one room thru hallway and into the other bedroom. One shower door was falling off and held together by clear tape… the door then fell off. There was a hole in the wall in the same bathroom. Many lights that are burnt out and not replaced. I think you get the sense of the place now. Owner was dismissive about the safety issues and says it wasn’t his fault and done by previous tenants or cleaning staff. I would not have more than 4-5 people stay here. Place is pretty small and spread over 3 floors but the pictures look great online but not what you see when you get there. I’ve stayed in many rentals and this is definitely one of the worst I’ve been in. Maybe the water pressure was a fluke but with a family group it was really bad. Add that with the safety issues, I would not advise any families with kids or elderly people. We did not receive check in instructions until right at check in. Only messages reminding us to pay… Area is quant and nice lakes but for a family you’ll have to pay for everyone to enter the park. The pamphlet says kids are free but not anymore. So just to go to the local lake With the family it would be costly even if just for few hours. Was a bit fooled by the reviews and pics so just beware. Hopefully all my pictures upload.
