• No Smoking of any kind inside or outside the property
• Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Note that the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. • As of July 13, 2020 NO OUTDOOR MUSIC per City of La Quinta, noise must be kept to a minimum as to not impose on neighbors. This applies 24 hours a day
• If excessive noise is reported, police will be called and the city of La Quinta will issue fines up to $5,000 which guests will be 100% responsible for.
• Children must be accompanied by adults in the pool/hot tub area at all times
• Please report any damages, if any, that occur while you are in residence
• No parties or large gatherings
• No glass containers near the pool or hot tub area
• Security cameras are located on the outside of property and are on 24 hours day.

golf/sun getaway

This was a wonderful home to relax and use as our base for some much needed sunshine and golf. This home was quiet, clean and a great location. Plenty to do in the area and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the freeway if you were going a little farther. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Renee for hosting us.

Terrific getaway

This was a lovely and spotless property in a quiet neighborhood. It was a nice warmup trip from the coast. My husband and I had a lovely time.

Great location, wonderful house

This was a great location for exploring hiking trails in the area, as well as close access to great restaurants. The pool and hot tub were awesome.

Wonderful home for an amazing vacation

We had such a wonderful time at this home. Located on a culdesac street made it great for the kiddos to ride their bikes around. There was also a nice part only a few blocks away. The home is spacious and has everything needed for a great time. The kitchen had all the essentials and the backyard grill was great to have if you like to grill. The backyard was very clean and had a lot of places to sit/lay. The pool and hot tub both worked really well and heated up super fast. The whole family enjoyed swimming around. Having access to the garage was convenient to put bikes and other items away when not in use. The front patio is enclosed and the kids liked playing out there. Overall the homes location is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The host great and quickly responded to any questions we had. Would definelty stay here again!
