The house was in a great location, walking distance from a grocery store. The heating was great in the house. One thing to note if visiting during the winter is you most probably will require 4x4 or awd to gain access to the snow covered driveway due to a steep incline. Hot tub was clean and an awesome way to warm up.
Excellent time at the cabin. It’s very comfortable and the property is located in a place where you are not going to be disappointed by the views. The host is excellent and made everything very simple and easy to follow.
Had a great stay in Grand Lake! Location of this property is amazing you can walk downtown or to the lake in minutes. Market across the street in case you need anything for making meals. The deck was lovely to spend evenings on and the rest of the house was as advertised. Highly recommend we had a great stay.
Perfect cabin for our family of 5. Great location! Easy to walk to downtown and to Grand Lake itself. We also had a perfect view of the Fourth of July fireworks from the balcony and upstairs windows. The owner was easy to get in touch with and checked in on us regularly. We would definitely stay again!

Hi, I'm Jason. My wife, newborn and I love to travel and are big fans of unique housing and adventurous places. We also enjoy hosting folks from around the world to stay at our centrally located cabin in the mountains.
Why they chose this property
Located right off West Portal Road, our cabin is easy to access in the winter or summer months. With over 2,000 sq feet of parking on this corner lot, there is plenty of room for outdoor activities on site. Inside, we've got 2 bedrooms on the main level, one queen bed, one with two twin bunk beds. Upstairs there is a loft with a queen bed. The couch in the living room is full size pull out. The kitchen features all essentials needed for a long trip and there is a washer/dryer onsite in the entry room.
What makes this property unique
We are just a 10 minute walk to downtown Grand Lake with restaurants, bars, live music, putt putt, go-karts rentals, ATV rentals, and more. Cross the street and head towards Rainbow Bridge at sunset, launch a kayak or SUP board, access hiking trails or boat rentals or snowmobile to the trails right out of the driveway!
