We are blessed to own a beautiful 13-acre property just 5 min south of Pagosa Springs which we Airbnb. Our guests can enjoy all the outdoor activities Pagosa has to offer plus a spacious 3072sf house to gather in! We also grow Elderberries in the Hill Country west of Austin Texas. You are welcome to stay at our spacious, modern 7 bedroom Farmhouse right on our farm and has Lake Travis Views! We are also a short mile from Mule Shoe Recreational Area. A beautiful waterfront park that also rents out stand-up paddleboards and kayaks! We recently revisited South Padre Island and decided this was a place that we would like to spend time at and also share. Whether you want to stay on the ocean or wake up to the mountains....we have a place for you! read less

This property had us at the "VIEW"...it's a WOW. And although walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, this is a quieter part of the island...peace and beauty!
