-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

Very nice getaway spot

The rooms were bog, beds we’re comfortable, and the location was good, would definitely stay here again, only problem was parking but overall everything went smooth.

Nice place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 3 of us like to stay here for our windsurfing trips. The 3 bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and the TV is great.

Good stay

Place was nice. Everything like it said. We only had one issue bathroom breaker was tripped. Called it in and within 20 minutes it was fixed.

Turned our ok

Overall this comdo was ok. We were there for 1 week (June 27-July 5th). I understand that all places are more expensive around the holidays but this was not worth the price increase. Positives: Check-in was easy. Cose to the besch, gas stations, cvs, & a short drive for restaurants & groceries. The condo is decorated nicely & the updates they did are nice. Bedrooms are a decent size and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking & eating. The pool was warm. Beds were comfortable & pillows are nice. Downside: The pictures online are deceiving. I was extremely disappointed upon arrival. Condo is smaller than it looks on pictures. When we arrived it was 86° in the condo. It took a night & full day to reach a comfortable temperature. Sleeping the first night was rough. The ceiling is super low in the entrance & hallways. Pool area is a little run down. Hot tub wasn't working. Parking was tight & guests & residents don't follow the rules. One night my husband had to park his car at the fire station & walk back to the condo. Another day I couldn't park in the designated parking for our condo because one of the residents in another combo had her family park there. Overall it turned out fine, but for the money, I'd stay somewhere nicer & probably closer to the city & make the drive to the beach.
