Overall great!
We stayed here for 6 days in March - 3 adults, 3.5 year old and 1.5 year old. Apartment was spacious, clean, as described in listing. Pack and play was available to rent (but bring a fitted sheet with you). Front desk was helpful and responsive to needs.
Location- we rented a car which made the location perfect. Drive 5 minutes south to Eagle Beach or 6-7 minutes north to Palm Beach. 3-4 minute drive to grocery store. Without a car it wouldn't have been as great a spot for a family like ours. For just adults traveling, there are Bird scooters and bikes often parked out front that you could rent if you desired. There's also a small beach right across the street where you can rent umbrella, chairs, floats (or get there early to claim a free palapa). That beach is a bit rockier than Eagle Beach.
There are 3 pools to choose from- 2 adult, 1 kids pool. All are very nicely maintained. Umbrellas tend to get claimed but there is decent turn over as people head in for lunch etc.
To improve the experience more I wish the owner included: 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a little wagon to pack them in. There is a cooler in the unit. The facility told me all the chairs and umbrellas were broken so we couldn't rent from them either (but could rent from the local guys at the beach which worked for us).
Overall a wonderful experience! Thanks for everything!! I hope we come back next year, we would rent here again happily.
