House needs TLC

This property needs a lot of TLC. Beds and kitchen fine. Pool good but no outside lighting, fans or electric. Outside of lanai is very messy. Old bar, broken up patio. Inside of house is dark. Some furniture newer but some old. Basic maintenance is needed inside too. This house screams rental property with high turnover

A wonderful house and pool!

Thank you Adam for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house with an amazing pool and enjoyable pool area. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and everything was clean when we arrived. Checking in was very easy and the few small issues we had was taken care of immediately by Terry (the property manager). Cape Coral is a nice city and the house is in a lovely location... very quiet. Even at night, we felt safe to walk around the neighborhood. I met the friendly next door neighbor and she asked if we needed any info, she'd be glad to help. We would definitely stay here in Adam's house again. Thanks again, Adam!

Winter sunshine getaway

We had a very relaxing stay. The pool and Lani were wonderful, with the fully opening patio doors the indoor and outdoor space became one. The home is in a nice neighborhood close to stores and restaurants.

Better and cheaper than the best of hotels

Everything you needed....pool was great...beds were great...kitchen was well stocked...the dryer stopped working and a new one was installed...thanks for letting use your beautiful house.
