Horrible

Chris did very little communication with my friends and I throughout our 3 day stay. Upon arrival the floors were sticky, there was dust and dirt everywhere, the towels were wet and dirty, the sheets were stained, the shower barely worked, there were bugs everywhere, and the list goes on. We were not able to get into the pool area and when we finally got in touch with Chris he claimed the pool was “closed” even though it was being used by others and there were no signs or impressions that it was closed. I never received a refund, only a short response telling me I can leave. I certainly would have but I booked this months in advance and there was no hotel availability due to spring training. It’s not worth wasting money on even for the cheap price.

No pool access.

The condo was cute and homey. The kids really enjoyed their room and the upstairs area. Over all it was great little get away aside from the the pool being closed. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely use in the future. I was really happy that I was able to talk with our host and he was more than willing to answer questions I had and get back to me as quickly as possible. Have a blessed day and thank you again!

Great weekend place.

Very quiet and private condo. I will stay again om my next visit. Clean and posting was accurate. Need to add a few lap blankets, toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. But all in all place was perfect. I recommend a stay!

Inaccurate advertising!

All of his pictures for the place are inaccurate! The place smelled like chemicals when we walked in. We had to wash the sheets to the bed cause there were brown stains on them and they had burn holes in them. Holes in the walls. Turn on the bathroom light switch and all these colorful dancing lights come on like your in a rave. He has cotton on the ceiling to make it look like clouds and cardboard painted black, some of which were falling down. The amenities weren't there. To top it off I had to use a broken mop with no bucket to clean up. We have stayed in other rentals and this one is by far the worst. We would have never rented If we knew the reality of the place. He knew what he was doing to get people to rent! Shady slumlord!
