About this property

Kick back and relax in this small cozy yet stylish cottage that overlooks a beautiful creek bed full of lush greenery. Perfect for couples to enjoy a romantic and peaceful getaway. Has a partial kitchen, yet provides all the amenities needed for your stay. There is a full bathroom and plenty of space to move around. This cottage is beautifully decorated with boho decor providing a cozy "nestled in the woods" type feeling and your only moments to town. Come relax and enjoy this nostalgic getaway!

Enjoy your coffee while sitting on the beautiful patio overlooking the lush greenery filled creek bed. Also nearby we have a pond and property animals Preacher the horse, Angel the mini horse, chickens, ducks and our goats Oreo and Cookie. Behind the cottage is a big beautiful bonfire pit as well as a game of horseshoes to enjoy the nostalgic outdoors. Sometimes the creek bed has water in it but when it doesn't its a great place to hike up and explore the beautiful property. We provide linens, towels, dish and hand soap, toilet paper, pots/pans and dishes. Just show up and be ready to enjoy this relaxing bungalow!

The cabin is located close to town and only 1/2 mile to Sweet Berry Farm. There is so many activities in our beautiful town of Marble Falls to do: hiking at Inks Lake, mountain biking at Spider mountain, UTV riding at Hidden Falls Adventure Park, boating at all the surrounding lakes, enjoying different festivals downtown Marble Falls, wine tasting at the many surrounding wineries, picking flowers/pumpkins and many more at the nearby Sweet Berry Farm, and much more!

Farm fresh eggs available for purchase from our onsite managers Jimmy and Nancy.

We are pet friendly but we do ask that you pay $25 per pet non-refundable pet fee with prior approval from management. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, especially the beds. Pet fee will need to be paid prior to check in. Also pets must stay on a leash when outside as we do have other pets on the property.

I would give the bed 11 out of 10. The access to the bathroom was cramped and might be difficult for someone mobility-impaired. I would have appreciated a drawing of the site with my cabin circled/indicated. Cooking options are limited as are the eating utensils. All told, I had an enjoyable stay and would do it again.

Quiet Getaway

4/16/24 - 4/23/24 I had an enjoyable week staying at the Bear Boho Bungalow. The location was clean and as described. Bed, linens and pillows were comfy. Kitchen and bathroom items were provided. A/C WAS GREAT! There are other rental cabins closer than expected, but it didn't change the atmosphere. The location was very quiet, pleasant, and secure with door code. I was away for 2 of the days I rented (Friday/Saturday) and returned to the location with no issues. Great experience and worth renting!

What a cute place. Had everything I could need, even for cooking meals. Great location, near Marble Falls. Property was private and there was even a dry creek that the front of the cabin. Excellent directions and communications.

low key getaway

If you want a break-time to read, lounge, and relax--this is the place. Great bed. Updated coffee machine would help-keurig perhaps. But overall a great stay. Cute donkeys to visit as well.

Hello

Upon graduating from the University of Washington in 2005 I knew I had a entrepreneurial passion so I began my first business and started my own coffee chain. Upon selling my 7 stores I then ventured into purchasing the Dunkin Donuts franchise in Northern Nevada. There I successfully satisfied my store openings but decided there is more to life then the stress of 300 employees and the stress of the food industry. Upon selling my franchisee rights, I wanted to go a different route where I could travel and share my passions with others. That being said I decided to purchase this what most call nostalgic property in Marble Falls and start developing some cozy getaways for many people to unplug. Now this is my primary business where we currently have 7 short-term rentals, and I also run a full time horse training facility following my other true love in Corpus Christi Texas.

Why they chose this property

This property is a true depiction of all my passions. Being from the country in Washington State, I purchased this property because is closely resembles my Pacific Northwest roots with all the trees and the country rural vibe. I love sitting on the patio listening to the birds chirp while also enjoying other wildlife like deer, fox and much more.
