This home is centrally located between both downtown Chandler AND downtown Gilbert meaning you are less than 10 minutes to two extremely fun and vibrant, family-friendly areas in Arizona.
This home has been remodeled and is super spacious We hope that your family and friends enjoy this home as much as ours has!
In addition to the entire home, you will have access to your own private, heated pool and a covered, an outdoor patio that is fenced in to keep your little ones safe, garage access with indoor parking, a brand new master bath renovation plus additional refrigerator for extra food and beverage storage.
House rules:
1) Pool heat fees will be charged for winter months for guests who opt for pool heat.
2) Quiet hours strictly enforced from 9pm - 9am out of respect for neighboring properties.
3) No pets allowed.

Wonderful

We spent a month at this house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious with huge master bedroom and bath and all other bedrooms are good sized. Well stocked kitchen. The pool was wonderful and warm and nice outdoor dining option. The host was responsive. There were many hiking options fairly close and also to dining places in Chandler and Gilbert.

Perfect for our family

Everything was as expected. Owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Great place - great location for exploring Phoenix and even day trip to Sedona. We would stay there again.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and exactly how it looked in the pictures. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had the pool heated, and it was a good thing since we were in AZ during a cold snap. ( We looked for extra covers for the beds because of chilly nights since we didn't want to turn the heat on, but none available) The host was quick to answer my emails when we had questions regarding some issues with the dishwasher and upstairs toilet. Our group had 4 adults and two kids, and there was plenty of room for all of us comfortably. We were traveling with a toddler and had concerns about a property with a pool, but this property has a secure fence around it and we felt very at ease with our little one on the patio.

Spacious, family friendly house.

We rented this for a week long trip for work in the area. Check is was easy. The house is spacious and clean. Could work well for families with kids. Things it needs: more dishes and cutlery, better than 1 ply TP, and the pool was not heated and found out it could be heated for $200 one day prior to arrival. Other than this our stay was great and no problems during our stay whatsoever.
