This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is a spacious and relaxing stay in the middle of everything in Myrtle Beach! A peaceful condo with a lakeside view that offers you more tranquility for your getaway.

Location - a favorite spot for golfers, as we are located inside the Myrtlewood Golf Club, and just minutes from Pine Lakes Golf Club. Minutes to the beach by car, and located within the Golden Mile. Centrally located to great attractions like Broadway on the Beach, the Boardwalk/Pavilion, and Barefoot Landing.
Bedrooms - The master bedroom features a King size bed and an en-suite master bathroom with shower/tub combo and double sink.    The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed and attached bathroom with shower. There is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms.  The ground level patio is a beautiful lakeside relaxation spot.
Kitchen - Fully equipped for cooking and dining, with cookware, dishes, silverware, and glassware. Full range/oven, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and toaster oven. There is also an attached barstool counter for casual dining, as well as a separate dining table area.

The living room gives you plenty of space to relax with friends and family, watch television, or get some work done.   The condo includes a full size washer/dryer for your use. Free parking is available directly outside your door.

Working away from home? This space is well suited to those looking for a working vacation! The master bedroom and living room include large workstation desks, and there is also a smaller desk in the 2nd bedroom.

Easy Entry:  When renting from us, there is no need to check in at an office - you go directly to the condo. Access is by coded lock, and you will receive your unique entry code a few days before your scheduled arrival.
Smoking: No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the condo, but it is permitted outside on the patio.

Pets: No pets are allowed per HOA regulations.
Amenities: There is a nearby pool deck that is shared by the community. These pool decks are scattered around the resort, and the photos depict the nearest one for your use. There are also public grilling areas with charcoal grills for your use.
Parking Warning: No motor bikes, trailers, or RVs are permitted in the resort per HOA Rules.

Amazing stay.

We had a misshap with the reservation we where sent the wrong address but after a couple of emails I promptly got a phone call from the manager he was a big help. The property is so gorgeous and peaceful I can't wait to take another Vacation so we can stay here again.
