Our Treehouse Suite has its own private entrance, private parking plus private access to all amenities to the entire lower half of our house. We say our house 'feels like a giant tree house' because of its open indoor / outdoor living style on a private one acre lot, in a beautiful setting, surrounded by huge trees featuring great seasonal mountain views. Although it feels secluded, we are conveniently located in the heart of one of Maggie Valley's original mountain neighborhoods and within minutes to everything.

NOTE: Contact us, if your dates aren't open on our calendar. Normally, the Suite (Lower Level) is available for booking only while we're using the upper level. However, often we can accommodate special requests. Feel free to contact us anytime for special inquiries.

Our Treehouse Suite sleeps up to 4 people and has been completely redecorated and updated with all conveniences. It features 1 bedroom (king), 1 full bath, plus a queen size sofa bed for extra guests, a kitchenette w/sink, small fridge, microwave and breakfast bar with Keurig coffee maker, washer & dryer, high speed WiFi internet, 2 large screen Roku TVs, a game room, a huge deck with hot tub, BBQ grill and outdoor dining table. It also features its own beautiful outdoor patio with wood burning chimnea fire pit and a hammock in the back yard.

We are dog friendly provided guests pay the pet fee and agree to the Pet Policy detailed in our Rental Agreement which states… all dogs must be pre-approved, friendly, well behaved, NOT allowed on the furniture, NEVER left alone indoors (unless crate trained) and ALWAYS accompanied on leash while outdoors. We allow up to two dogs and there is a one-time pet fee for each dog.

We say access is easy because there are no long steep inclines and the roads are state maintained and paved almost to our driveway. It has its own driveway and large flat parking area capable of parking 2 normal size cars (motorcycles, trailers, RVs, campers or vehicles larger than a mini-van are not allowed). We are about half way up the mountain at 3500’ elevation. In winter we have salt barrels along the road but if there is ice or snow we say ‘if you can’t walk on it, don’t drive on it until it melts off’ which usually happens within a day so.

We believe our Treehouse Suite is the perfect mountain getaway! Located in the heart of beautiful Maggie Valley we’re convenient to everything... Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Cattaloochee Ski Area, waterfalls, downtown Waynesville, shopping, restaurants and about 30 minutes to Asheville, the Biltmore, Harrah's Casino and much more... like mountain streams, Lake Junaluska, great waterfalls, hiking trails and 19 of the highest peaks east of the Mississippi.
