Well equipped and clean. Great location. Very nice breeze. Has AC units but never use due to breeze. I do wish they’d replace the lanai furniture....its rusty and uncomfortable and generally blight on an otherwise nice rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never expected anything to look like this the facility had everything and I mean everything. From swim fins to boogie boards to chairs to umbrellas a wonderful deck to sit on, and enjoy the sun and the view of the ocean every utensil bowl plate that you can think of.. beds were wonderful, comfy showers nice and clean. more than accommodating when I asked for late checkout the answer was yes, right away. The pool was nice and warm. Lots of places to lounge around to enjoying and relax. My family enjoyed this this day and hope to get back in the near future

Awesome location with beautiful view

Very nice property with beautiful sunrise views. Welll appointed, large kitchen, comfortable beds. The unit is on the third floor, so packing in and out for the week requires navigating the stairs. The only problem we encountered while there was the washing machine would not operate. We did not discover that until the end of the trip. The property manager was quick to respond. All in all, we felt it was a good value, and would definitely do it again!

There are 42 steps to get to the unit, so make sure you are up to that.
