Balcony construction will be occurring from September 18, 2023, until May 17, 2024. During working hours, noise may be audible and balconies may not be accessible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Fantastic Beach Condo for Family

The location and layout were fantastic--best I've had and I've been doing beachfront condos for a number of years now. The balcony was huge, so seeing and hearing the ocean from that everyday was exactly what we wanted!!!
