THINGS TO KNOW
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. New years eve

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and really enjoyed the unit. Very roomy and had everything we needed plus easy access to the beach. Conveniently located to everything we were in town that we wanted to do

Great price and location, proerty is old but not a big issue. Property parking permits are an extra $50.00 that was not expecting. Overall a goid stay.

Find somewhere else

When we arrived the place was dirty, and very outdated. Only a full size bed. No shower curtains only a sheet to cover with at night! And also killed 5-6 roaches in this unit!
