Guests who book from May 18 to September 4 may have one parking pass per unit. Reservations made outside this date range will receive one parking pass per bedroom. Additional parking passes may not be purchased on-site no matter the time of year.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful views! Very roomy!

The condo was very spacious for being a two bedroom with plenty of seating. The views were just amazing for it not being direct facing. The kitchen was very well appointed. Just be sure to bring coffee filters or K-Cups. I had to fashion one out of a paper towel. The exterior building just feels a bit rundown. The inside of the condo was very clean. However, a fresh coat of paint needs to be put on the trim so that it feels clean. It was very close to a lot of great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

What was advised

The place was clean. It was nice that the larger master bath is the one that was attached to the room that slept 4. Make a store run when you get there if you are staying longer than 2 days. There was only 2 trash bags, no coffee filters, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Grab some salt and pepper too. The view from the balcony was better than I expected.

Great location within walking distance to many places. Kitchen was great and had everything you needed. However it needs a deep clean and updated living room furniture.

Quiet comfortable condo

I've rented many condos in my lifetime. I normally rent the newer condo's with all the perks and most of the time they are loud and crowded. This condo is older but the walls and ceiling are thick and for the most part sound proof. I was comfortable and it is close to the beach. The complex is small enough it doesn't feel crowded. The only issue I had was the furniture on the balcony is dirty and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Could not do much cooking in this condo. The pots and pans were disgusting and in horrible shape.

Great location, lots of towels provided. Only problem was you couldn't do much cooking at all. The pots, pans and baking sheets were disgusting and in horrible shape. We had to eat out at almost every meal.
