While the condo's location gives you the flexibility to enjoy all there is to do on the Gulf Coast, you'll want to take time to relax at your condo.

Enjoy your own private balcony as you gaze at the surf and sand below. Be sure to watch for dolphins frolicking in the Gulf. Or, let the kids blow off some steam at the outdoor pool as you lounge around and read that book you've been trying to get to for the past several months.

Want to build the coolest sandcastle around? Call our friends at Sandcastle University for a sandcastle-building lesson. They'll come to beachfront at Island Shores and bring all the tools and buckets you'll need. All you have to do is supply the creativity and the hands to construct your masterpiece!

Overpriced and NOT worth it!

I would not stay here again unless they gave me a refund for some of my troubles! The best thing about this was the view! It was 30 degree temperatures and there wasn't a single comforter on the beds. The tvs were difficult to operate. The beds were like sleeping on plywood. There was plates, cups, and cooking utensils. That is IT. I've never stayed at a more empty condo. There was NO communication from a property manager...unless you called the Vacasa number where they may or may not help you. The best part about this unit was the view, and the sweet lady next door with her chihuahua, Rico Suave.

Great location, a few flaws

I love the location and have stayed at Island Shores before. This was our first time staying in this unit as our usual unit was already booked. The condo was clean enough. Great view, private washer and dryer and close to the elevator. I did find cockroaches in our unit. We were able to kill one large one. I let Vacasa know and even sent them a picture but heard nothing back. Hopefully this problem gets addressed before the next guest. I also talked to Vacasa and the security guard about the neighbor smoking pot on the balcony. No one seemed to care. I found it hard to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful beach view from the patio with the smell.
