Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Great Home, Great Value

This is a beautiful, spacious home. The large balcony was a wonderful bonus! We would love to stay here again!

Good location and view

Great location and view. A negative is the key fob to go on the beach. The condo is listed for 10 occupancy but only one key fob. This is a definite negative. The beds are worn out and in dire need of replacement. Once these issues are resolved, I would recommend it to friends. Not recommending at this time due to the listed issues.
