Great location

We love staying at Compass Point and this unit did not disappoint! Love the pool, short walk to the beach (like 15 min) or a short drive. Looking forward to returning!!

It was a great overall place and prime real estate for Laguna and beach. Staff are also one text away at all times

No Water for 2 1/2 days

I wish I could say I loved everything about this place, but I can't. The unit was o.k. but not very clean. The floors were in bad need of mopping. I will not go into the water problem on this page as they want a private feedback on the next page. Let's just say that I have not carried water to the house in over 60 years.

Unit great. Renting through Vacasa HORRIBLE

The living room balcony door was broke and could not be used and the inside pool was temporarily closed and had been for quite a while due to a previous hurricane. however Vacasa did not notify me of same until the day before my scheduled vacation. It would’ve been nice to be made aware of such matters when I initially booked my vacation. Communication with vacasa for rental purposes is horrible their response to me was that they have multiple rentals and are extremely busy. After booking I waited on hold over 30 minutes and finally sent text and email. They took over two weeks to reply to an email and text. I called their local office on my way to the rental with a few last minute questions and was on hold waiting over 12 minutes. Like the rental unit but will never rent a unit through Vacasa again. Horrible communication and horrible customer service.
