During your stay, you'll enjoy a vast array of resort-style amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, saunas, and a fitness center. You'll find beach access on the east side of the building. A perfect beach vacation awaits - all that's left to do is book it.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is ongoing construction in the parking garage and it will be closed until January 15th 2024. This closure will create some logistical issues related to parking availability, parking fees and entry into the building. Parking will be on a first come, first served basis with any second vehicles or visitors vehicles needing to park off site while visiting the Broadmoor. There are approximately 22 single parking spaces surrounding the Broadmoor not included in this closure. If you have paid a parking fee in the month of December, that fee will be refunded in conciliation for the inconvenience. Entry to elevators will be indicated on the first floor near the business office. If you have special needs such as handicapped parking, please notify Vacasa and we will alert the Broadmoor and request special instructions. There will be some noise and vibration associated with this project while they work on the parking garage. Unfortunately this is a byproduct of the improvements being made by the Broadmoor, and there is no way around this temporary inconvenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
