The wrap-around balcony in this 7th floor corner condo adds to the square footage and the beach connection. Sleeping eight this space is great for families with a king bed, queen bed, two twin beds and a sofa sleeper. You won't regret making this charming spot your home base for relaxation and coastal adventure.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bluewater will be undergoing construction from August 1, 2023, until around March 1, 2024. During this period, noise will be audible during work hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Noise will include but not be limited to jackhammering, scraping, and power tools. Balconies may have limited access or be unavailable as well.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location was great and having a corner unit was nice. Property has nice amenities. Felt secure having to check in with guard at the entrance. This particular unit is in need of updates, general maintenance, and new furniture including mattresses.

Epic balcony!

Loved customer service!!! Allowed to check in early. Basic accommodations but perfect if you're just on balcony and beach. Bring your own pillows lol.
