THINGS TO KNOW
Bluewater will be undergoing construction from August 1, 2023, until around March 1, 2024. During this period, noise will be audible during work hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Noise will include but not be limited to jackhammering, scraping, and power tools. Balconies may have limited access or be unavailable as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). good place

I loved the condo and the big balcony. The workout are is not a workout area. has 3 cardio machines, no dumbells or benches. understand they have to test fire alarms just wish they would have let us know it was scheduled that week. we had a 1 yr. old and of course the testing happened during nap time. probably would have affected our decision if we would have known ahead of time that they were testing the alarms that week. loved the condo.

Very clean

Nice condo. Only thing on the not-good side was that the master bathroom shower door is stuck in one place. In order to get into the shower you have to squeeze into it.

Perfect Get Away Great Location

The condo was in the perfect spot amazing access to the beach and restaurants near by. Everyone was friendly and the unit was as described. This was our first time to Orange Beach and will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

Needs some work

Pros: Loved the location and quiet surroundings. The chair rental people were nice and accommodating. Not much cleanup needed other than running the dishwasher. Cons: Both bathroom sink drains were clogged to the point they would not drain. We ended up having to pull the stopper out completely of both sinks. The bathtub also wouldn’t drain and we couldn’t do anything to remedy it. The wiring is weird. The kitchen counter top lights as well as the microwave are tied to the kitchen’s main light switch. You’d have to turn the overhead light on to fix a midnight snack. Also several of the bedrooms had wall outlets controlled by light switches. The living room balcony door handle was broken making it difficult to open or close. Also we weren’t aware we needed to lock the front door from the outside, it doesn’t automatically lock.
