Relax in the living room, complete with a shiplap ceiling and furnished with a love seat and comfy armchair. Enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace, or watch a movie on the 42” TV with cable. A Bluetooth surround sound system invites you to stream your favorite vacation playlist.

Board games and a collection of movies are provided for your amusement.

KITCHEN & DINING

Channel your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with all the gadgets you need to whip up delicious vacation meals.

THE LOCATION

This condo is just a 9-minute walk from Steamboat Ski Resort, and you can drive to Howelsen Hill Ski Area in just 10 minutes. In summer months, drive 14 minutes to Fish Creek Falls for an array of scenic hiking trails.

After your outdoor adventures, head downtown for some pampering at Old Town Hot Springs, just 7 minutes away. Treat yourself to a massage, then take your pick from eight hot spring pools.

Downtown Steamboat Springs also offers a variety of fine dining and nightlife destinations, as well as a variety of attractions, including the Steamboat Art Museum and eclectic boutiques and galleries.

No car? No problem. Shuttles provide transportation from the airport in Hayden, and it is only an 8-minute walk from the condo to the free city bus which takes you downtown all year long.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
