In the winter, a convenient city shuttle will pick you up outside the complex and take you straight to slopes or the town of Fraser.

Additional perks at this 2BR/2BA rental include access to shared amenities, including a clubhouse, and year-round heated pool and hot tub.

LIVING AREA

The living area is furnished with a comfy sectional and armchair. Kick back and watch a movie on the 65” flat-screen while enjoying the warm ambiance of the gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create delectable dishes in the kitchen that features an island, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove.

When your favorite meals are ready, gather at the dining table for six or perch at the kitchen island with seating for three.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo sleeps up to eight guests between the two bedrooms and a hallway sleeping nook.

The master bedroom is appointed with a king-size bed, 60” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite master bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed and 35” flat-screen TV.

A sleeping nook off the living area is outfitted with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

A private balcony features a gas grill and alfresco dining for eight, complete with a tabletop fire bowl.

Although the condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Winter Park’s mild summer weather.

The location of this condo is simply unbeatable! For skiing, snowboarding, and summer hiking, Winter Park Resort is just 3.3 miles away. During the winter, a free city shuttle picks up and takes you straight to the slopes or the town of Fraser.

This place was spacious for a condo, you can walk to WP restaurants, and super clean. We have struggled in the past few years in WP to find a clean place (using condos and houses with another property management company) but this condo and management company met our expectations.

The good and bad
This unit was located in a great place, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The park where they had the Jazz festival was across the street! The unit was stock with plenty of cooking utensil, plates, cups, utensils, everything you would need. The beds were comfortable, nice deck to sit on and relax. Only a couple of things went wrong, we were told we would have 2 parking passes and there was only one, and the shower door in the main bathroom was broken. If they would get these couple of items fixed would be a great place!
