Enjoy an easy comfortable stay in our bright and spacious second floor condo at Palm Canyon Villas, a quiet private community. Dine al fresco on the balcony overlooking the pool with mountain views. Spend the night in with a few friends or cozy up reading and watching movies. Access to the pool, jacuzzi, and pickle ball/tennis courts is a few steps from the front door. Walk the serene neighbors around the corner, hike nearby trails and play golf at the local Tahquitz Creek Golf Course.
This condo is centrally located so for a very short drive (10-30 minutes) in almost any direction, you can get to all the restaurants/coffee/retail/entertainment the desert has to offer. Explore all the Desert cities. Ride the Aerial Tramway, soak in the mineral baths in Desert Hot Springs, and take a day trip to beautiful Joshua Tree.
The condo is prepared for monthly stays, amenities include washer & dryer, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, and one assigned parking space.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been coming out to Palm Springs since we were children. 40+ years ago our parents bought this condo as it was being built. We have so many fond memories of our stays here in our home away from home. We hope you will enjoy your stay and have fond memories too.
