The fully equipped kitchen has everything the family chef will need for cooking and entertaining. The living area and bedroom have spacious 10-foot ceilings and access to a private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening after a full day of play. The free WiFi will make it easy to research a fun outdoor adventure or download a fun playlist to your device for a trip to the community fitness center. Both the living area and bedroom are equipped with 55-inch flatscreen TVs. The bedroom contains a plush, king bed, a 55-inch flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in tiled shower and granite vanity top, and the living room provides a sofa with a queen-sized pull-out bed for extra guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
