Backing up to Old Settlers' park, our modest, rural home (sleeps 14) and separate guesthouse (sleeps 6) sits on three acres. We are a short drive to sport fields, the Dell Diamond, and Kalahari’s largest indoor water park. We offer you a clean, basic, functional home and separate guesthouse great for multiple families, hosting reunions, and even sports teams. A gentle breeze provides a pleasant backyard experience around the fire pit with outdoor string lights and a small covered porch. Special events and pets are accepted on a case by case basis at additional cost.

The acreage is topographically flat which is perfect for large outdoor family activities allowing children of all ages to run around and release energy in a safe open-air environment.

The property is located in a unique rural setting surrounded by all the conveniences of city amenities.

Our neighbors have a few cows, horses, mules, goats, and longhorns which can be viewed by walking down the street.

Other things to note:

Well water - On rare occasions, there may be a sulfur smell which is normal for a home on well water.

The modest, plain, ranch-style home, built in 1976, is very clean, has fresh paint with a pop of color, new kitchen appliances, and new modern flooring throughout.

The guesthouse has been totally renovated with up-to-date modern amenities.
