About this property

This is a very nice cottage in Maushop Village. A very quiet and large unit. A grassy knoll behind your cottage will let you and you children play badminton or just toss the football around after a great day at the beach. You can walk to everything - the beach, the Popponesset Inn, the Marketplace, where you can enjoy the world famous lobster rolls at the Raw Bar. You can take a short trip up to Mashpee Commons for terrific shopping as well as some of the best restaurants on the cape such as Bleu, Trevi, Estia or Bobby Burns. You can even take a short walk down to Dean's Pond to take your children fishing off the bridge. This is the place where your children will make all of their childhood memories and want to return year after year. Happiness awaits you and your family.

Magical!

We absolutely loved our stay in this property! The home was perfect, and incredibly pleasant. I stayed with my son and my father. The nautical decor was super cool, the grounds were serene and lovely, and it included everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The private beach was absolutely gorgeous, literally 3/4 minutes down the hill as stated, and the neighbors were incredibly friendly too. Local grocery store was nearby, ice cream, even a kids museum where my son and I had a blast. Whale watching and farm festivals not far away by car too. This part of the cape was incredible in October, and this property was such a magical escape. Definitely one of my top favorite vacation spots, and would love to return! Thank you so much for having us!

Perfect getaway

We stayed here for a family getaway to the Cape and it was amazing! It is so clean, quiet, great location, and has everything you could need. It has great access to the beach and a walking trail right to Popponesset market. We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!
