Disappointed
This is, as the listing accurately describes, a tiny house. So, it is definitely that. The interior of this tiny house is cute but lacking in some vital respects. There is no reading light in the sleeping loft, so once you are up there you are limited to watching TV or reading on your device. Likewise, there is no reading light by the couch underneath the loft. The bathroom is quite spacious and comfortable but there is no mirror (or light) to do your hair or makeup. All of these issues are minor complaints, and I could happily have overlooked them if it wasn't for the fact that the outside deck was a far cry from 'elegant' ‘stylish’ or ‘relaxing’. I found it hard to “cozy up” or do a “morning yoga session” on a deck that felt like a vacant lot. According to the owner’s description, the lot is adjacent to their own home –but the rental house was surrounded by a flimsy, graying plank fence on all sides and the “view” was a pile of decaying and mossy planks and other rubble (such as rusty garden tools, dead plants, weeds and a peeling shed). When we arrived after dark in the evening, we needed a flashlight in order to see the lock to open the gate since there was NO LIGHT at the end of the very dark driveway between two dark houses. This made me feel a little uneasy. The description says that the rental is located “in the heart of everything the city has to offer”. This is simply not the case, unless you are looking for dimly lit, quiet streets and maybe some alley cats! We had planned to stay for two nights but left after one. After communicating with the owner, he simply stopped replying to me after three messages. I do not recommend this place.

Terrific Tiny House!
We really enjoyed our stay here! It had all the things we needed and exceeded our expectations of staying in a tiny house! The only thing that was less than great was the entrance of the driveway leading up to the property. Other than that everything was perfect!
