Cozy great apt and location

We had a wonderful stay across the street from a path to the ocean at a lovely property with a very nice and responsive owner. Every question was answered promptly, the place was spotless and easy to live in. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay at Montauk!

Great weekend getaway

We had a great weekend getaway! The location is perfect, it was close to everything. It was cozy and had everything we needed. We definitely plan on coming back to stay there again soon!

Delightful apartment

The pictures don’t do justice to this adorable apartment on the second floor of a u-shaped complex. Although the unit faces the central courtyard, the back deck offers a great view of the water. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout excellent.

Wonderful place for a solo stay!

I wanted to treat myself to a quiet New Year's getaway and this place was perfect! Literally steps to the ocean, adorable fireplace and a less than 5-minute walk into town. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Hamptons, this should be your first choice!

We have been coming to Montauk for the last 45 years. We were lucky enough to be able to buy a unit in this lovely community where we have many friends. As a retired art teacher I love being a host on VRBO. I am able to really take care of our guests and feel lucky to share our sweet place with others.

Why they chose this property

When we first stepped into our unit the view of the ocean from our deck took our breath away!. We bought it as soon as we could and fully renovated it to make it as comfortable as possible . We also wanted to make the most out of every inch so there is a lot of storage and a full kitchen for our family.

What makes this property unique

Our property is a lower corner unit . It is easily accessible to the Ocean and steps away from the pool. It is great for small families with kids. Although we are only allowed to have 4 guests in total and the unit is 500 sq. ft it is designed to be efficient and have lots of storage .
