Perfect place to relax and swim
My husband and I, adult kids, grand kids and mom had a wonderful time at this house. The park behind the house is a perfect place for the kids and adults to safely swim, BBQ and enjoy the outdoors. The house had everything we needed. We rented a pontoon boat one day about a mile away from the house and took a scenic trip up the river, stopping at swimming holes along the way. I would 100% visit this house again.

Fun house and great location
We enjoyed our stay! It was clean, very comfortable and so close to the bike trails and river. Even though it is at the public entrance to the river, it never got loud, and the gates close at 6, so the evenings were peaceful on the balcony.

Fabulous
This home is exceptionally clean. The furnishings are in great condition and the home is very tastefully decorated. The location is very close to shopping, grocery, fast food etc.. the back porch is prefect to drink coffee and stare at the beautiful rainbow river. The host is by far the best VRBO host i have dealt with. Very easy going. We were early to the home and they told us we could go in at anytime we wanted which was very nice. I would stay here again positively. The entire experience was fantastic and we have stayed at other homes on this river. But they were not as good as this one.

Wonderful View, Lovely Home
We enjoyed our stay very much. The small park behind the house is convenient and the view from the upstairs is wonderful. The $2/person fee for the park is very reasonable. We launched the paddle board and kayaks from the park easily, carrying them down with the convenient carts in the garage. Unfortunately, pets aren't allowed in the park, but the walled-in backyard was perfect for our dogs. Two of the kayaks leaked badly, and we didn't know until we couldn't paddle them home, but Andy promises to replace them before we go back -- and we definitely want to go back! Great communication and very easy place to stay.
