Gorgeous new property to Vrbo and just completely renovated! Unit located on 2nd floor of this amazing pool house. 5 minute walk to stunning Isla Verde beaches and steps to coffee shops, bakery, supermarkets, restaurants & more!

Unit consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchenette/dining area & outdoor deck/sitting area. There is a common area swimming pool on the bottom level, which you are welcome to use.

This unit sleeps up to 4 guests. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics, cutlery, plateware, glassware, utensils, fridge, stove & oven, toaster, microwave, blender, and coffee maker.

Bedroom and living area have A/C and ceiling fans. Smart TV in living area; WIFI is provided.

Common pool area is on first level of property; there are lounge chairs, picnic table & umbrella where you can sit, relax and enjoy the outdoors. Pool area also has its own bathroom and outdoor shower.

Please, note that at the time of your visit, other guests may be staying at the other apartment units or at the main house (bottom level). The swimming pool is a common (shared) space, which all guests in the property are welcome to enjoy.
