This charming Alaskan tidepool-themed studio apartment is nestled in the historic Pioneer Inn, in the heart of downtown Homer - walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, museums, art galleries... and a 5 min drive from the Spit, airport, parks, hospital, etc. You’ll love it because of the spacious yet cozy living area, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, WiFi, cable TV, baby/kid essentials, and large front yard with outdoor seating. It's perfect for couples, business travelers, and families & kids.

The space
This sweet Alaskan tidepool-themed studio apartment includes a common living area with a well-stocked kitchen, including a full-sized oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, etc. If you are doing a lot of cooking and need extra kitchen items, please ask as we have a full selection for checkout downstairs!!

The living area includes an island; comfy loveseat for relaxing and watching cable TV or Netflix after an exciting day of hiking or fishing; and two twin beds for extra guests - or just kicking back on. Tucked around the corner, the bedroom area contains a comfy queen bed, large closet with hangers, and full bath.

We are located in the heart of downtown Homer. Art Shop Gallery, Northwind Home Goods, and the Pratt Museum are right next door. Also in immediate walking distance are great dinner and breakfast restaurants and coffee shops. A beautiful hiking trail and two great parks are right up the street.

I am available anytime by text or phone. We have a full guidebook for guests and are available to discuss restaurants, excursions, etc. in our area and assist with booking.

very friendly, great location and super clean!

We totally enjoyed our stay. Host was very cordial and helpful. Did not realize there was not a bedroom door on the bedroom and would have appreciated a few more kitchen items. We couldn't find a bowl for our salad and there was no spatula for cooking eggs etc. Dishes and kitchen items were sparse. I realize this is a risk for hosts as items are at risk for being stolen. We cook alot ourselves to save money over eating out which is why we choose places with a kitchen. Otherwise we really loved the place and would stay again for sure.

Great place

Convenient location, parking, and check in/out. Great view!! Clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again.
