Location, location, location! Our modern oasis 4/3 home is your dream vacation home! With private beach access and a heated pool & spa, your tropical vacation comes to life at our Pompano Beach Barefoot Beach House. We are a short walk to the Hillsboro Lighthouse, Beach Front Restaurants and more!

The Space:
Inside:
Upon entering you will be greeted w/ a view of our pool and an abundance of natural lighting. Our house boasts four bedrooms, 3 baths w/ 2 of the bedrooms being master suites! Thanks to the layout of the bedrooms, you'll have privacy even if you’re staying with additional friends and family. When you’re not grilling on the back patio, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, make this spacious kitchen the perfect place to prepare food for the family. With bonus amenities such as Cable TV, indoor and outdoor games, and TVs in three of the four bedrooms, you'll feel like you're at your home away from home!

Outside:
The backyard is a tropical oasis with a spa like feel featuring a heated pool & spa, covered lounge seating, a dining table, and sun chairs. With our outdoor TV, Portable Cooler and a Propane Grill, you'll have everything you need to make the outside a well used space. When grilling, easy access to the kitchen, makes dining outside a breeze. Sit in our loungers and enjoy the sun or enjoy a meal at sunset at our outdoor dining table.

Our private beach access is truly unique! It's just a brief walk to the end of our street to the access point. Enjoy views of the Hillsboro Lighthouse or relax in the sun without the crowds. This is an amazing amenity that is one of a kind!

THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Pets are allowed and we charge a $150 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets or a multiple month stay.

Please note that our spa is not a "jacuzzi" and does not have jets or massaging features.

We require an additional $1,000 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.

Our month in Pompano

The listing and pictures were accurate and we loved the house. The back yard is totally fenced and blocked with palm trees so it is like an oasis. We also enjoyed several of the restaurants at the little strip mall just down the street. Finally, the property managers were great and very prompt about taking care of any issues we had during our stay.

Minutes waking to beach

Family vacation therefore being walking distance to the beach and having a private pool were the most important factors when deciding on a house. House location was exactly as described. The house was clean, and the host were courteous and prompt to answer questions. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Destination

We stayed at this property a few years back and enjoyed it very much. Last year, we tried a new spot that looked great online, but was a nightmare in person (the owners must be professional photographers). We returned to this property again this year and, despite record rainfall, could not have enjoyed our time more. The private pool and quick access to a private beach are amazing. And the communication with the property manager (on Sunday via text message, for example) could not have been any easier. If you are traveling to Pompano, my family would highly recommend this property.
