You'll find such fantastic shared amenities as a lazy river, a two-story water slide, a pool, a kids' splash area, a hot tub, a well-equipped gym, tennis and volleyball courts, a theater, a game room, a restaurant, and bars. Just beyond the resort grounds, you can tee off at one of the many championship golf courses in the area or spend a day at Universal's Islands of Adventure (20 miles) or the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Spacious, Comfortable Townhome Close to the Parks

We primarily go to the Disney parks when we visit and this townhome is a great option for our family. Not only did we save money by staying here vs a Disney resort, it's also very nice to have your own space at the end of a busy Disney day. We've stayed at this unit a couple of times and have been very pleased with it each time we've stayed there. Some of the things we liked/appreciated were: - Very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful home. - Large, well-appointed kitchen with pantry, island, and plenty of workspace. We made a few meals here and had everything we needed. - Comfortable beds and large sectional sofa. - Plenty of TVs so everyone has their own space for down-time. - Nice neighborhood with lovely pool and clubhouse. - Close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. - Lots of Doordash and Instacart options. Overall, this unit is a great place to set up home base for your next trip to Disney World!

The only things need... Blackout curtain in the bedrooms, more coffee filters and trash bags and also the guest before leave the trash very disgusting in the outside trash container... Thanks
