Their $200 processing fee is non-refundable.

I recommend this unit.

Very tasteful, fully refurbished ground-floor unit with nice view of lush gardens and partial beach and ocean view. Jonelle @ Blue 9 Realty was great to work with. I would recommend this unit. Because the building has its own marina, it would be hard to beat if you had a boat. I especially enjoyed nearby Founders Park, which has a variety of amenities including beach, gorgeous pool, many sports parks and plenty of room to run. You can’t beat the weather!
