This stunning living room kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large granite kitchen countertop, and a 50" television while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for any cooking venture. The living room includes a "Roku" streaming player and Queen Size pullout couch. Free Wifi is provided for the unit that has been upgraded to allow video streaming for all your connected devices (100 Mbps).

This home is also equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience and offers many extras. There's no need to go home with clothes to wash! The Master Bedroom offers a queen size bed and personal bathroom. The master bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen television. There is a second bonus room equipped with a double bed, and there are twin bunkbeds in the hallway with access to the second bathroom. Additionally, the condo has the couch pullout.

In the full kitchen you will find small electrics like the coffee maker (both pod style and drip), toaster, blender & can opener. The condo is also stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand and bath towels, mats, dish washing soap, laundry soap and all those little things that would make your trip as "HomeVacation". For your beach enjoyment, in the unit you will find beach chairs (2), beach umbrella & trolley, and beach toys for little ones.

About the resort

Tidewater Beach Resort is within walking distance of Pier Park (about 1/3 of a mile) and offers a long list of amenities, unlike any other on the beach. From the onsite Movie Theater to the beach front restaurant and bar, this resort offers every convenience. Enjoy a work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center while you watch the waves hit the shimmering sands, then enjoy a dip in one of two Roman spas or venture over to the heated indoor pool. Multiple hot tubs, two (2) outdoor pools, a Lending Library and Business Center and so much more make this a premium location.

This property charges a resort fee payable to the resort's front desk upon arrival. The $35 fee will ensure you get two parking passes and up to six guest armbands that give you access to everything in the resort including all the pools, movie theater, gym, sauna, etc for no additional charges! That's $35 total for your entire stay! (NOT PER PERSON -one fee for the entire group)

Things to do around:

Head to Pier Park three-quarters of a mile east to spend the day shopping at more than 100 stores, riding the Skywheel, or catching a movie at the IMAX theater. Across the street from that popular outdoor complex, you can try Hook's Pier Bar & Grill before taking a stroll on the Russell-Fields Pier. Catch the summer concert series at the Aaron Bessant Amphitheater, or plan a visit to Ripley's, ZooWorld, or WonderWorks (six miles east) with your kids.

• Tidewater Beach Resort Rules and Regulations state that the Minimum Age requirement for a person renting a Tidewater Beach Resort unit must be at least 25 years of age.
• The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the Tidewater Beach Resort rental property the entire term of the reservation.
• This individual must also show ID & sign acknowledgement of Tidewater Beach Resort Rules and Regulations prior to receiving wristbands and parking passes.
• All guests are required to register and pay the $35 registration fee per the Tidewater Association if you do it early and $45 if you do on location. Will email you the instructions a week prior to your arrival so that it can be completed online.
• The entire resort and the condo with the common areas and the balcony have a strict NON smoking & NON vaping policy.
