Bring your own RV, 50amp & 30amp, Water & Sewer on site. Located only 5 minutes from Virginia Tech. 2 Large Parking lots & ample space to accommodate big rigs. (We've had 50 footers.)

Hiking (Cascade Falls, Appalachian Trail, Mountain Lake, Pandapas Pond Jefferson National Forest) Biking (Huckleberry Trail & New River Trail), Kayaking (40+ miles of the New River, Golfing (Virginia Tech Golf Course & Castle Rock) are just to name a few nearby. Lots of restaurants & shopping nearby.

Other things to note
2 outdoor cats on site. "Mama Cat" Grey tabby cat & "Noel" a fluffy white cat they are both super friendly if you happen to see them but you may not see them at all. But please keep dogs on a leash.

WVU vs VA Tech

We came for the game and had a wonderful time. We were able to check in a bit early which was nice since it was a night game and we wanted to tailgate! The owners were very nice and responsive! The property was perfect for our stay! Would definitely stay again!
