Location, location, location! Located directly across the street from Queens Marketplace, adjacent to the Kings Shops, and a short 15-minute walk (or a few minutes car ride) to a beautiful beach at Anaeho'omalu Bay!

You will love the mountain, lake, and golf course views from the covered lanais. This top floor private unit with elevator access, features 1209 sq ft, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, central air conditioning central air conditioning AC (set at a comfortable 74 degrees), free WIFI/Cable, and a 65” Smart TV. Primary bedroom offers a King bed with conveniently placed USB charging outlets, Smart TV, gorgeous golf course and lake views and an on-suite bathroom with separate tub for enjoying a relaxing bubble bath after a full day of enjoying all Hawaii has to offer. The 2nd bedroom includes a Queen bed, Roku TV and an adjacent bathroom. **As of June 1, 2024, the unit will include a sofa sleeper and will sleep 6!

This private-gated complex provides a fitness room, 2 resort style pools, spas, multiple barbecue grills with dining tables to enjoy family dinner by the pool. If your preference is to dine out we have a number of great walkable restaurants and bars, Lava Lava Beach Club, A-Bays, Roy's, Kuleana Rum Shack, Aloha Wine Bar, Starbucks, (just to name a few!) and The Island Gourmet Market has an abundance of options to please everyone!

The beach walk with multiple access points is just a few minutes' walk from our unit. This Beachwalk from A-Bay to the Hilton and beyond is not to be missed, tide pools, dolphins, whales, and turtles all can be seen on occasion. Waikoloa Beach Shop has all your needed beach amenities and along with paddleboard/Kayak rentals.

Consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the country, Hapuna State Beach is a short 10-minute drive, Waialea Bay Beach 69 is a 10-minute drive and is a great shady beach and snorkeling destination, when the surf is calm. If you love Malasadas, some of the best on the island can be found at a Malasada food truck just before the Old Puako Rd turn off to go Beach 69. The wait is usually long, but they are oh so worth it!

We truly hope you feel at home while staying in our little slice of paradise. We love the quiet serene setting Waikoloa Beach Resort offers. Located 20 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to Kona, 55 minutes to beautiful Waipio Valley, and 1 hour & 20 minutes to Hilo.

The Waikoloa Beach Villas, with its beautifully manicured grounds, has two swimming pools, two hot tubs and one fitness room. All units come with garages, giving it a high-end resort feel.

Minimum night varies seasonally 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed.

Incredibly Convenient Location
OK... So you don't have an ocean view; but, you have a well-manicured golf course and peek-a-boo mountain views. So you don't have a 5-star restaurant onsite; but you have an outstanding well-appointed kitchen, multiple restaurants literally across the street, and Lava Lava Beach Club a short walk away! There is no comparison for short or long-term stays on the Big Island with easy access to Waikoala, Kona, Waimea, and Hilo. I already booked next year!

Wonderful condo in an ideal location!
The reviews and destination are spot on! We spent most of our time on the big island out and about seeing beaches and towns and waterfalls. It was the perfect condo to come home to at the end of the day! Perfectly clean, very specious and nice furnishings. The location was great to launch from for driving tours or some of the best beaches on the island. Also great restaurants and coffee shops easy to walk to or a quick dive.

Resort Condo Awesomeness!
We were so pleased with this condo! It was even better than we could have hoped for. Top floor, quiet, spacious, plenty of linens for home and beach. Beautiful balcony overlooking golf course. Comfy beds and cozy couches. Ceiling fans and central air kept the place just the right amount of cool. Beautiful private grounds; this condo is super close to one of the two swimming pools on the property. Pool, hot tub, gym all easily accessible and never crowded. Easy to find and ideally situated near Queens Market and the Kings Shops. Already planning our return to Hawaii and "our" condo!
