Newley renovated one bed, one bath in Pinehurst Manor. This beautiful 1x1 condo is located just off the traffic circle in the heart of Pinehurst which provides easy access to Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Aberdeen. Home is located on the back side of the building and requires steps. 1Queen and 1 Murphy bed. Home includes cable, wifi, washer and dryer, gas grill and drip coffee pot. Home has a lot of natural light from windows and Carolina room! This condo is perfect for a quick getaway in Pinehurst!
Home is Pet Friendly, but does require a pet fee of $150! This is not included in the total quoted price. Pet fee will be added after reservation is booked. Please contact us if you are looking to bring a pet.

Great Condo!

The condo was exactly as listed. It was clean, roomy, had all the needed amenities, and close to town. I recommend this place to anyone that can go down stairs. It is tucked away on a lower level and very quiet and private. Parking was always available. Check in and out was easy.

So relaxing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay. The condo has everything you need. Very clean and cozy. Love the fireplace. Did not get to use the fireplace, Maybe next time. Will definitely stay again!

We were happy with the accommodations. It was great for my daughter and I. The condo did have a stale smoky smell when we came in from outside, but seemed to go away. Labeling your light switches would be helpful because we couldn’t find the light/fan switch for the main room.
