About this property

Adorable, updated farmhouse with lots of wide open spaces around it. Somewhat secluded with a large firepit (owner supplies the firewood) in the back yard. Sit on the back porch and enjoy the sunset or enjoy the newly remodeled spacious interior of the home. All of the rooms are unique with craftsman-like artistry. Great for just a quick visit to the area or if you are in the area for extended stay. There is a playset in the back yard for the littles and a gas grill for the adults.

This house is within 3 miles of Western Kentucky Parkway, Clarkson exit. Additionally, our house is within close proximity to Rough River, Nolin Lake, Leitchfield Aquatic Center, and about 30 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park. If you're a golfer, we have Lafayette Golf and Shady Hollow Golf Courses nearby.

The house is 10 minutes from Leitchfield, where there is family dining, fast food restaurants, a Walmart and Tractor Supply Company.

Adorable Farmhouse outside Quaint Cities

This house is well kept, clean, and included everything that we needed. We very much appreciated the extras that the owners put into this property. The outside was well landscaped and maintained. Note to future guests - use the navigation instructions provided by the owner. Apple map is not spot-on with its directions.

Nice rural spot

We were going to Mammoth Cave with little notice and found this place. Our adventure was about 45 minutes away but we made it work. Place was nice, clean, we didn't have extra trash bags but they were quick to provide!

Relaxing time

Phillip was great to work with! Not only did he find us another place to stay when our original reservation was damaged in the storm, he was nice enough to allow us to bring both of our senior citizen dogs. The place we stayed was clean and had a nice outdoor area we could enjoy. We live in a large city, so getting away and joying the quiet was a blessing.

Not what we planned but amazing nevertheless.

This wasn't the property we planned on staying at but a storm hit and damaged the our original choice so we had to stay here instead. I feel it's important to mention this because of how fast Jackie the property manager worked on a very short amount of time to get us another place to stay that was close to the other vrbo. Me and my family really appreciated that. As for the property, me and my wife agree its the nicest vrbo we have had. Very clean and alot of little things that most places don't have like extra pillows and blankets, games, free snacks and hot chocolate, even some wood for a good fire if you choose. Definitely would recommend.
