Great place

We loved our stay here. The place was clean and in the perfect location with a great view. When we couldn’t figure out how to work the fireplace management was quickly responsive. I do think it is in need of a new mattress. It sunk in on one side it was uncomfortable.

Fantastic Views. Horrible Bed(s)

The view is fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. The chalet was warm, clean and cosy. Well equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and a smart TV. We even got to park our car in a gated neighborhood, next to our chalet entrance, and didn't have to climb down the steps (though it was quite an effort to drive it up and out). But the beds, oh my god, the beds were painfully stiff and old to sleep on. The couches were OLD. The sofa bed in the end came to our rescue, but even that was thin and barely better than sleeping on the floor. Also the sheets were washed but old, and had weird stains on them that made it repulsive. Overall the place just needs a makeover, and brand new everything. Looks like its been rented in the same condition with same stuff for years.
