This beautiful pet-friendly vacation home is ready for you and your family! The home will sleep eight adults in true comfort! There are four bedrooms (with smart TVs and streaming in every room), and three full baths. The large primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with a large soaking tub and separate shower, as well as ample closet space! The front guestrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds respectively and share a full bath. The back guestroom has a queen bed and enjoys views of the live pond behind the neighborhood and has a separate private bath. Laughing Gull has everything you need to truly feel at home. Front and back porches are perfect for relaxing and reading, and the back is perfect for grilling and relaxing while watching the fish jump in the pond. Entertainment perks also include: HBO max, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, and a Blue Ray player with a selection of movies. Streaming services are pre-loaded on all TVs, no sign-in necessary! Laughing Gull is on a quiet private road in a gated community with no short-term renters to bother you. There is a community pool and hot tub, and you are just a quick walk to the beach using the boardwalk which is also golf cart accessible!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 30 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
