Marina Promenade located in Dubai Marina is a cluster of six residential towers located in Dubai Marina in Dubai, Aurora, Shemara, Delphine, Beauport, Attessa and Paloma. The six towers range in height from 77 m to 147 m. The shortest tower has 23 floors while the tallest has 39 floors.
There is also a set of capacious villas sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding water offering magnificent vistas that complement the community’s pristine lifestyle.
The neighboring walkway presents the ideal opportunity for strolls and cycling, with benches offering a chance to sit back and take in the view.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

The parking is available if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are easily available to take you anywhere in Dubai (Mall of the Emirates is 15 minutes by taxi and Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are 20-25 minutes by taxi). Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

This also connects to the tram station if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. Meanwhile, there are yacht rentals surrounding the building if you fancy renting one.

The Marina Walk water bus station is only a 7-minute walk. The its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Promenade.

In accordance with the local laws, we will need a copy of passport of all guests checking in which will be uploaded on the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing ) portal. Housekeeping, airport transfers, laundry and other services can be provided during your stay at an extra cost. Baby cots and Baby high chairs are subject to availability. Smoking is allowed on balcony only. Parties are not allowed. Please be respectful of 'rules of the land' and the neighbors.
