Charming second floor apartment in mid-century duplex on a quiet side street with private parking. 2 spacious bedrooms with en suite baths, kitchen, living, dining rooms and separate TV room and bath. Outdoor living on large, sunny deck with gas grill as well as a cozy, tropical porch off the kitchen. In town living with a lot of privacy...a hidden gem. Fast WIFI, TV/DVD, three Bose Wave CD Players. Occupancy limited to four guests.

Burns Court is one of the most desirable downtown locations in Sarasota. Browse the Women's Exchange, antique shops and boutiques or, if it's Saturday, walk to Farmer's Market. Afternoons might be spent on a leisurely stroll around Bayfront Park or Selby Gardens, one block away; or taking in a film at the Burns Court Theater. All of the attractions of the Main Street dining and theater district are within walking distance and St. Armands Circle shopping and Lido Beach are but a short drive or bike ride over the bridge. Mote Marine, Ringling Museum and Spring Training are within a 10 minute drive.

Conveniently located, beautiful retreat.

This is a quiet, pretty place steps away from local restaurants, a short walk to Bayfront and Main Street, and just a couple minutes from your choice of grocery stores. The kitchen has all the quality cookware one needs to prepare their own meals. Check-in is easy and the host is kind. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
