Find a great spot for winter athletes and non-skiers alike at this ground-floor condo in the popular Winterplace development at Okemo Mountain Resort. You'll have ski-in/ski-out access to the Lift Line ski trail as well as a view of the lift right behind the building, allowing you to watch all the action from the warmth of your condo. Returning home at the end of the day is easy as well - simply ski down to Winterplace from the top or take the lift up from the base lodge area.
Inside, this condo has been outfitted with every essential - a full kitchen, an adjacent dining space, and a living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a flatscreen TV. The two bedrooms are paired with two full bathrooms.
With community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs (in winter only), and tennis and basketball courts (in summer only), Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both relaxation and adventure. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
