“Lion’s Den” is brand new to our program and this timeless Seaside residence will not disappoint with its multiple porches, second floor open air deck, and a glass enclosed tower that provides stunning 360-degree panoramic Seaside town and rooftop views The cottage features four bedrooms and four full baths, a large open living room, an updated kitchen, and a dining table to seat twelve!
Upon entry guests are greeted by an open-air porch perfect for morning coffee off the main living room. The open and functional living room features a large, upholstered sectional and chairs with ample seating for all and a large flat screen mounted TV for family movie nights. The spacious kitchen is well equipped, including all brand-new stainless-steel appliances and is connected to an aesthetic dining area. The dining area is accompanied by a lengthy and rustic dining table, that comfortably seats 12 people under two modern chandeliers. Just behind the dining room, is a bonus sitting room, a laundry room, and a half bath for guests. Just through the doors of this room, you can step outside and enjoy a calm evening by the grill, or a relaxed morning under the trees. The first floor queen bedroom has full private bath, a mounted television, and a charming front porch entrance.
Upstairs on the second story you will find an architecturally beautiful widow’s walk that connects one bedroom at the front of the home to the two more queen bedrooms and sitting area at the rear of the home. Across the widow's walk the 2nd queen bedroom has a private bath, a wall mounted TV, a private bathroom with a glass enclosed shower, and second story porch access with serene views. The third queen bedroom at the rear of the home has a private bathroom, a wall mounted Smart TV, and access to a more secluded and private screened in furnished porch overlooking the quaint backyard. Adjacent is the spacious common seating area, including second-story porch access, and leading to the fourth queen bedroom. This 4th queen bedroom has a private bathroom, rustic furniture, new wall mounted Smart TV and second floor porch access. The second-floor porch off the bedrooms has Adirondack seating and a bench swing.
The real charm of Lion’s Den is the glass enclosed tower with 360 degree panoramic Seaside views. On the way to the tower is an almost third floor open air deck with outdoor dining and beautiful 360 degree panoramic Seaside town and rooftop views. When you reach the top of the spiral stairs and 3rd floor glass enclosed tower you will find a desk for working remote and additional seating for two more.
There are two parking space assigned to this home. All other parking is first-come-first-served in the spaces behind the 25 Central Square building and Smolian Circle.
*5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, & Fall; 3 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration
