2 bedroom/1 bath walkable to heart of downtown in Fisher Park. Kitchen is complete with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, & fridge. This is on the first floor so no cumbersome walk up stairs. Wifi throughout. All utilities covered with the booking. Couch unfolds to a comfortable Queen for a 3rd bed. Window HVAC units keep bedrooms cool. Nice porch overlooks Elm Street the main vessel through downtown Greensboro. Exclusive association covenants require minimum 30 day rental.

Condo is all yours. Association has coin operated washer/dryer in building basement. Communal grill and courtyard out back. Porch off unit belongs only to you.

Smart lock accesses the front. Rear door opens into free parking out back.

My office is down the street but I do not live on the premises. I’m around if needed.
