Beautiful Property on 5 Acres in Sierra Foothills with Stunning Views - hot tub

Our property is located between Auburn and Coloma just off of Hy 49. A recreation mecca for hiking, mountain biking, equestrian and white water rafting. Many wineries in the area. Brew Pubs and Restaurants. The lodgings are a 2018 1 bedroom travel trailer approximately 350 sq. Ft. Has a patio with a view of the Sierra Nevada, hot tub, gas fire pit and gas grill. Super quite and private.
It’s pretty amazing. People love it. Fenced 5 acres, pet friendly. We have horses, dogs, cats and chickens. Bring your horses, tons of trails.

Beautiful country near the American River

We had a delightful stay. The unit is compact but amazingly spacious inside - it certainly worked for us. There is a great view, ideal for sitting and watching the sunset over a glass of wine. Very quiet - good for sleeping! Doyle was great - east to reach and helpful. We plan to go back in the New Year.

Peaceful with endless Vistas

We truly enjoyed a wonderfully peaceful getaway weekend, perfect to reset and get lost in endless vistas. The camper feels luxurious due to nice touches such as fine linens, thick towels and fluffy robes. Super welcoming hosts, who allowed our dogs to join us on this glamping extravaganza. The little patio with firepit, bbq and private hot tub are beyond perfect. Thank you Doyle and Pam for sharing your beautiful little paradise with us! We will be back!!
